This is for any player that is playing a very limited amount of games OR a fill in during the year. Please note this option is not available for DDMSA Vets or Friday Ladies players. This fee of $90 covers their deposit & the first 5 games. Before selecting this option, it's recommended you discuss this with our club registrar.
In the event a player goes over the 5 game threshold, their fees will convert to a full time player rate.
All registered part time players will be reviewed and monitored closely during the season with coaches / team managers / scorers. In the event you are at 5 games, you will be required to complete the "Conversion Full Time Player" registration on our website to continue playing past 5 games during the season.
In the event you do not self trigger this conversion rate to full fees, the committee will do this on your behalf.
UNDER AGE 18: This fee also applies to under 18s that wish to play in a senior team.
Any players under 18 playing in a senior or junior team MUST wear a mouthguard on the diamond at all times. They must be worn during the whole game whilst batting, fielding, umpiring and all training sessions.
If under 18 members are completing any duties, a helmet and mouthguard must be worn for any base umpiring. We understand different associations have slightly different rulings, however this is our club duty of care for all players under age 18 to ensure they safety on the field.
TEAM DUTIES: All senior & junior teams are allocated duties throughout the season. Each player is expected to assist the team by covering certain duties throughout the season. These duties can consist of plate and base umpiring, canteen and bar assistance and association equipment recorder. This will be confirmed once fixtures are released and your coach / team managers will provide a duty roster to share the workload evenly.
Uniform
The Bandits game uniform is a red game shirt, long grey pants & club hat. These are compulsory items and required to be worn by the 3rd playing game. The following club uniforms are sold through the club website:
- Game Shirts,
- Grey Training Shirts (short sleeve),
- Red Undershirts (long sleeve), and
- Jumpers, Beanies & Hats.
If you wish to purchase any of the above items for this season, please place your order on our online shop ASAP as uniform orders take approximately 4 weeks to receive.
Please note the full length grey game pants are not sold by the club, these can be purchased at Fielder’s Choice or Batcave as they have a wide variety of brands and range of sizes.
